What do the icons and colors mean next to candidate names?
A candidate’s first and last initials are shown in the circle icon next to their names. As a candidate’s status changes, the color of the icons may also change.
Dark blue: Default state
The default state of candidates is indicated by dark blue.
This icon above shows a regular candidate’s first and last initials.
This icon above indicates that a concealed candidate has agreed to be revealed.
Bright blue: Invited
Invited candidates are indicated by a bright blue icon showing an envelope.
This icon above indicates an invited candidate.
Green: Recommended
Recommended candidates appear in green.
This icon above shows a candidate who has been recommended by a district placement director.
This icon above shows a concealed candidate who has been recommended by a district placement director and agreed to have his or her identity revealed.
This icon above shows an invited candidate who has been recommended by a district placement director.
Gray: Concealed or removed
Concealed candidates and removed candidates (declined recommendations) are indicated by gray icons.
This icon above indicates a concealed candidate who has either declined to provide access to his or her identity or for whom a request for access is pending.
This icon above indicates a candidate who was recommended to a church by a district placement director, but the church has declined the recommendation.
