How do I find a list of churches with open positions?

The matching algorithm of EFCA Pastor Search works by allowing EFCA churches to create searches for open positions. Churches will then work with their own district placement directors, who will recommend suitable candidates to churches based on matches.

Candidates are not able to view a list of open positions. Instead, candidates that match to churches can be pursued by churches directly. If you have further questions about this process, please contact your district placement director.
