How do I edit a candidate's information, visibility, or availability?
Log in to your Pastor Search account. Navigate to the Candidates tab.
In the list of Registered Candidates, click on the name of the candidate. You will then see an edit screen, where you may modify the following:
- The candidate's personal information (first name, last name, email address)
- The candidate's placement information (district)
- The candidate's profile submission status (review, approved, submitted, unsubmitted)
- The candidate's visibility (visible, concealed)
- The candidate's availability (seeking, open to considering, unavailable)
If you make a status change, you will see a green bar that reads Status Updated. If you make changes to personal or placement information, choose the button Save Changes.
