How do I see candidate matches to our search?

Once you have been designated as a church placement director, log in to your Pastor Search account and navigate to your position search.

Then choose the button View Recommendations. You can then view candidate matches under the tabs Matched, Recommended, and Removed. 

• Matched: You can choose to recommend or remove a candidate. 
• Recommended: You can review recommended candidate matches.
• Removed: Displays a list of candidates you've removed from consideration.
