How do I get started?

For candidates:

Once you have logged in to your account, begin the process of completing your profile. You can start sections in any order; the app will save your progress. To complete your profile, you will need to finish a MinistryMatch assessment, download the PDF, and upload it to your Pastor Search profile (see the final section of the profile). 

You can also print the profile questions and work on your answers offline; then return to your account and enter your answers.  

For churches and church staff:

Once you have logged in to your account, begin the process of completing your church’s profile. You can start sections in any order; the app will save your progress. You can also print the profile questions and work on your answers offline; then return to your account and enter your answers. 

Once you’ve finished your church’s profile, create a new position search for the job your church is hoping to fill. As with the profile, you can start sections in any order and return to your account later to complete the new position search. You can also print the position search questionnaire and work on your answers offline; then return to your account and enter your answers.
