Who is my district placement director?

District placement directors are EFCA district leaders who serve as guides to candidates and churches in the EFCA Pastor Search process.

For candidates: Your district placement director is typically determined by your current location and the EFCA district in which you reside. When you create your Pastor Search account, you can choose your district placement director from a list, based on your location. If you’re not sure who your district placement director is, please contact placement@efca.org. 

For churches and church staff: Your district placement director is typically determined by the EFCA district to which your church belongs. When you create your Pastor Search account, you can choose your district placement director from a list, based on your location.
